Epidural Steroid Injections
An epidural steroid injection delivers anti-inflammatory medication directly to the space around irritated spinal nerves — calming the inflammation that drives back pain, neck pain, and pain that radiates down an arm or leg.
What the visit looks like

Recovery & results
You may feel numbness or mild soreness at the injection site for a day or two. Steroid benefit typically begins within 2–7 days. Relief can last weeks to months, and injections are often paired with physical therapy to extend the benefit.
